* 상품은 주문 후 제작이 진행되어 주말, 공휴일을 제외하고 평일 기준 25일(15-28일) 정도 소요될 예정입니다.

일부 제작 및 포장 과정을 동영상으로 촬영하여 더욱 세심하게 상품을 배송해 드리며, 요청하시면, 그 염려에 조치가 되는 배송을 해드립니다.

* 천연 보석 세팅 상품의 경우, 원석마다 색상, 톤, 크기, 중량의 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 이러한 차이는 자연적인 특징입니다. 이러한 경우로 인한 제품의 교환, 반품은 불가합니다.

* 주얼리 크기는 새로운 제작과정이므로 대표 상품과 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. (오차범위 ±0.5cm)

이에 특성상 중량 오차가 있을 수 있습니다.

* PC와 모바일의 밝기 및 해상도에 따라 실제 색상과 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

In the case of natural gem setting products, there may be differences in color, tone, size, and weight of each stone. These differences are natural. Exchanges or returns of products due to these cases are not possible. Because the jewelry size is a new production process, there may be differences from the representative product. (error range ±0.5cm)

Due to its nature, there may be weight errors. The actual color may differ depending on the brightness and resolution of your PC and mobile device.

* 택배사 파업 또는 배송불가 지역의 경우 우체국 택배가 아닌 타 택배사를 통해 발송될 수 있습니다.

We use the post office delivery service. Domestic shipping is free, and international shipping is calculated by region. In the case of overseas, only registered members can use it, and personal information is requested to issue an export declaration certificate and invoice. 사항 확인 후, 날짜에 맞춰 본사 지정의 택배 기사를 보내드립니다. 만약 임의로 제품을 우편으로 보내는 경우, 제품의 배송 중 발생 될 분실과 손상 등의 사고에 노출됩니다. 주의 바랍니다. 안전한 관리를 위해 노력하겠습니다. 그러나 해외의 경우는 자비부담과 함께 부피 있는 상자에 잡화를 포함하여 보내주셔야 합니다. 단순 변심에 관한 결정은 반품부터 받지 않습니다.

After confirming the details, we will send someone from our company according to the date. If you arbitrarily send a product by mail, you will be exposed to accidents such as loss and damage that may occur during delivery. Please be careful. We will strive to ensure safe management. However, if you are overseas, you must send it in a bulky box, including miscellaneous items, at your own expense. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

수선 (After-sales service) 정책

1. 제작상 결함의 경우 공정거래위원회에서 고시한 『소비자 분쟁해결 기준』에 따라 처리해 드립니다. 착용에 의한 손상은 제작상 결함과 다르게 취급합니다(주얼리 취급 시 주의사항 참조).
2.  구입 일로부터 12개월 이후 수선에 대해서는 내용에 따라 추가 비용이 발생합니다.
3. 구입 후 7일 이내 발견된 제작상 결함의 경우, 규정에 따라 다음 순서대로 처리됩니다.

            - 수선 가능 여부에 따른 개선 처리

            - 수선이 불가한 경우 동일한 새제품으로 교환

            - 동일 제품 교환이 불가한 경우, 동일한 금액대의 타제품으로 교환

    4.  본 사 정품(제품 고유 번호 존재)이 아닌 경우, 본 사는 수선을 거부할 권리를 가집니다.

Repair (A/S)

1.  In case of manufacturing defects, we will handle them in accordance with the ‘Consumer New Year’s Resolution Standards’ announced by the Fair Trade Commission. Damage due to wear and tear is treated as a manufacturing defect (refer to precautions when handling jewelry).
2.  Additional costs will apply depending on the content after 12 months from application.
3.  In the case of manufacturing defects discovered within 7 days of application, they will be processed in the following order according to regulations.

               - Improved processing based on availability of repairs

               - If there is no repair, exchange for a new identical product.

               - If the product cannot be exchanged, exchange it for another product of similar price.

    4.  If it is not a genuine product from our company (with inherent product rights), we support your right to have the right to repair your purchase.

■ 주얼리 취급시 주의 사항 ■

Precautions when handling jewelry

1. 주얼리를 오래 착용하시기 위해서는 보관과 관리가 중요합니다. 주얼리는 착용함과 동시에 외부 환경에 노출되어 금속 표면에 광채가 떨어지거나 손상될 수 있습니다.

2. 여러 제품과 함께 보관 시, 개별포장 보관하는 것이 좋습니다.

3. 보석은 화학약품에 의해 표면이 반응할 수도 있으므로 화장품, 세제 등이 묻지 않도록 주의합니다.

4. 목걸이의 엉킴과 끊어짐, 보석의 세팅 헐거워짐을 주의합니다. 세팅이 헐거워지지 않았는지 점검하시어 평상시 활동에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 세팅의 헐거워짐은 보석 분실에 위험 뿐 만 아니라 옷 또는 신체에 손상을 입힐 수 있으므로 주의 바랍니다.

Storage and care are important to wear jewelry for a long time. As jewelry is worn, it is exposed to the external environment, which can cause the metal surface to lose its luster or become damaged. When storing with multiple products, it is recommended to store them in individual packaging. The surface of jewelry may react with chemicals, so be careful not to get cosmetics, detergents, etc. on it. Be careful not to tangle or break the necklace or loosen the jewelry setting. Please check that the setting is not loose and pay attention to your daily activities. Be careful not to let the setting become loose as it may not only result in loss of jewelry but also cause damage to your clothes or body.
